Returns & Exchanges

At GoodOnU, we want you to love what you purchase. Our products support disability advocacy, and we're committed to making sure every customer is happy with their order.

Our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee

If something isn't quite right, you have 30 days from delivery to reach out to us at info@goodonu.ca. We'll work with you to find a solution.

For GoodOnU Branded Apparel & Everyday Items:

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on items that are:

  • Unwashed, unworn, and in new condition
  • Still have all original tags and labels attached

How It Works:

  1. Email us at info@goodonu.ca with your order number within 90 days of delivery
  2. We'll provide return instructions and address
  3. Ship the item back to us (you cover return shipping unless there's a defect)
  4. Choose an exchange? We'll cover shipping on your replacement item
  5. Prefer a refund? We'll process it within 10 business days of receiving your return

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@goodonu.ca—we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Items We Can't Accept Back:

  • Sale items (final sale)
  • Gift cards

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days for any reason, as long as items are in original condition with proof of purchase.
